The diet also provides support in the form of meetings, weigh-ins and online services. It's simple to use, because instead of counting calories, you count points. When you've used all of your points for the day, you're done eating.
Glycemic Index Diet
The glycemic index diet teaches you to choose healthy carbohydrates that have minimal impact on blood sugar. This keeps your insulin steady in your blood stream, which can help you lose weight and control diabetes. The diet also recommends eating lean protein and limiting sugar and fat.
